Club member Allan Buchan has progressed beyond the award of his recent CCE title and now achieved his first Correspondence Chess Master (CCM) norm whilst participating in the British Correspondence Chess Candidates A section.
Allan reached the qualifying standard of 7 points by drawing his last game in the event.
