Club Hosts Chess Scotland Coaching Seminar

Edinburgh Chess Club are pleased to host a Chess Scotland organised seminar from Romanian GM Mihail Marin on March 16 - 19. Marin has recently passed the 2600 barrier and is a renowned author, with his book "Learn from the Legends" in particular being highly acclaimed. Building repairs

Along with other local residents we have recently been served with a building repair warrant by the council due to falling masonery from the roof. It is not yet clear what the scale of the problem is or how much it is likely to cost
